The culinary showdown happens in the house of somebody who buys a lot of take out food and avoids cooking. This is a challenge with three tests to win.
Test 1. Cost.
In order for the celebrity chef to win the cost test they must get ingredients that cost less then the take away order. They don’t find out the full cost of their ingredients until their order goes through the local super market check out.
Test 2. Speed.
This is a race and the finish line is in the kitchen of the person who orders lots of take away food. The chef is cooking against the take away and the first to get their dish over the finish line wins the speed test.
Test 3. Taste.
The homeowners are blindfolded and now they have to taste the take away food and the version cooked in their home by the celebrity chef. They score both and the winner is the one with the most points.
